Policies
Peak & Off-Peak Pricing
Between 23 November and 20 December 2026, package pricing varies depending on the date and time of your booking. Rates are categorised as Peak and Off-Peak.
Our festive packages are released throughout the season based on demand and availability.
Packages may be upgraded later, subject to availability. Please note that package downgrades are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
Securing Your Booking
To confirm your booking, a 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required. Until a deposit has been received, all bookings remain provisional and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The deposit paid will be deducted from your final balance, which must be settled no later than 28 days prior to your booking date.
A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to the final balance.
For bookings made within 28 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Changes to Guest Numbers
More than 28 days before your booking
If guest numbers decrease, refunds will be issued for guests no longer attending, less the non-refundable 25% deposit.
Between 27 and 14 days before your booking
If guest numbers decrease, your group may be moved to a more suitable table allocation.
You may choose to:
· Retain the full package allocation for your original group size; or
· Convert the value associated with the reduced guest numbers into additional food, drinks, or a bar tab for use during your event.
Any converted value is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Within 13 days of your booking
If guest numbers decrease, your group may be moved to a more suitable table allocation.
The food, drinks and Hijingo game cards associated with guests who are no longer able to attend will still be provided for your group on the day of the event.
Dietary Requirements
Any allergies or dietary requirements must be provided no later than 14 days prior to your booking date.
For bookings made within 14 days of the event, an alternative deadline will be agreed at the time of booking.
Payment
Full payment is required to confirm all Bingo Brunch and Christmas Hijingo Experience bookings during the Christmas period.
Dietary Requirements
Any allergies or dietary requirements must be provided no later than 14 days prior to your booking date.

Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the booking date are eligible for a refund.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the booking date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Changes to Guest Numbers
If guest numbers decrease within 14 days of the booking date, your group may be moved to a more suitable table allocation.
The food and drink allocation (for Bingo Brunch bookings) and Hijingo game cards (for both Bingo Brunch and Christmas Hijingo Experience bookings) associated with guests who are no longer able to attend will still be provided for your group on the day of the event.
- Any unused credit, package value or bar tab remaining at the end of your event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Additional food and drinks ordered during your event are subject to menu availability and must be paid for on the day.
- Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
By booking a Full Venue Hire, Private Game Hire, Meeting or Conference at Hijingo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Any quotation or proposal provided by Hijingo is valid for 48 hours from the date of issue.
- To confirm your event, a contract must be signed by both the client and Hijingo.
- For bookings confirmed more than 28 days before the event date, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% of the contracted event value must be paid within 48 hours of signing the contract. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in the event date being released.
- For bookings confirmed 28 days or fewer before the event date, full payment (100% of the contracted event value) is required at the time of booking.
- The 25% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 28 days before the event date.
Cancellations
- If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days before the event date, any deposit paid will be retained by the venue.
- If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of the event date, 100% of the contracted event value will be payable and retained by the venue.
Pre-Orders and Dietary Requirements
- Food, beverage and bingo pre-orders, together with any dietary requirements or known allergies, must be provided in advance to enable completion of the event function sheet.
- If pre-order information is not received at least 7 days before the event date, Hijingo reserves the right to create a function sheet on your behalf up to the value of the contracted event total, based on venue recommendations. Any subsequent amendments will be at the venue's discretion.
